PAULA'S BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE

Enjoy this tasty and delicious breakfast smoothie to start your day off right.

Half cup grounded rolled oaks
Hand full of blueberries
2 teaspoon Ground Flex seed
6 oz Almond milk (or milk of choice)
6 oz Apple Juice
Half banana
Hand full of ice to chill
2 hand full of Spinach

Put Spinach and juice in first and blend. Then add remaining ingredients. Enjoy!

AARONDA'S KALE CHIPS

Delicious, crispy, slightly salted baked kale chips that will become a staple snack for you and the whole family. These are so simple but be careful because once you crunch you can't stop the munch.

1-2 Bunches of fresh kale
Olive Oil
Himalayan Pink Salt

Set oven for 390
Clean kale, dry and tear into bite size pieces
Place kale on parchment paper on a cooking sheet
drizzle olive oil
sprinkle salt
place in the oven for 10-15 minutes
