The WHY of SoulSister?

Hi! My name is TiaMarie Arnold and I'm the founder of SoulSister: Sisters Supporting Sisters, Inc. For many years I carried hurt, bitterness and offense because I felt like sisters were not supporting me or each other. One day in my prayer time the Holy Spirit laid this thought on my heart; “Start being what you’ve always wanted and you will find your fulfillment”. Then months later as I started to embrace and walk this word out, God led me to Matthew 7:12; “Always do for other people everything you want them to do for you." And the supporting scripture Philippians 2:4-5; "Don’t be concerned only about your own interests, but also be concerned about the interests of others. Have the same attitude that Christ Jesus had." This is kingdom thinking and kingdom living! This is the WHY of SoulSister. We become what we always wanted, and the the bible says that we will have great reward.

What’s the Mission of SoulSister?

The mission of SoulSister is to break the culture of isolation and create a culture of healing and Godly support amongst sisters. Our Mission is not to look at our rising sister in envy, jealously or judgment but to be a physical, emotional, financial, spiritual and relational support for her. We live life with the 3 E’s in mind; Encourage, Embrace and Emerge.

Encourage

verb: A SoulSister uses the power of her words to push her sister forward and upward.

Embrace

verb: A SoulSister accepts and surrounds her sisters who are in need during hard times and fun times.

Emerge

verb: A SoulSister rises up and shows up. She comes out and shows support in the physical, not just with her words. She also rises up in the spirit and she prays for her sisters and slays the devil for her sisters.
